INTERNAL RULES SERU CORAL
1) Binding explaining this rules:
Owners and residents in the Resort are expected to be familiar with the content of this internal regulations.
a) among residents "means those who truly (temporarily) living in the Seru Coral Resort, hence, even tenants.
b) under owner (owners) is (are) to mean the one that one or more accommodation units in the Seru Coral Resort in property has (have), or the usufruct thereof.
2) liability:
Within the Resort, the liability as regulated by law. The owners and residents are responsible for the conduct and the goods by themselves, family members, their children, guests and others and can therefore be used on possibly occurred damage.
3) Rental:
In case of rental is this equally applicable internal rules on the ratio tenant-landlord and tenant shall be deemed to be the present rules.
4) guests:
Guests of the Resort owners and residents may be allowed, but only in the company of the owner or occupant of the Resort make use of the swimming pool.
 . To enable the maximum number of guests at and around the swimming pool is 5 people.
If there are more than 5 guests of an owner or occupant to use the swimming pool, this should be required in advance with the administrator of the Foundation.
If owners want to keep a party or other party that does not fall under the above line is the owner must submit an application to the park manager and/or directors. The owner will then be granted permission in writing with all conditions under which this can take place.
5) swimming pool:
Swimming is only allowed between 7 a.m. and 22. 00.
There is no lifeguard supervision or by the pool. Swimming is therefore at your own risk
Children under 12 must be accompanied by the pool.
Children who are not toilet trained may only in water when they protected swimming clothes.
Showers for that one in the pool is mandatory.
In the pool and around the swimming pool must be appropriate to wear swimwear.
The use of glassware (bottles, glasses etc.) is strictly forbidden in and by the pool.
Waste should in the appropriate waste bins by the pool.
These waste bins are not intended for household waste.
Tables, chairs and beds need to be reset after use.
Keeping parties and/or BBQ's around the swimming pool is not allowed without the approval of the administrator.
6) pets:
Pets like pet bird-ornamental fish-marmots etc. are allowed in the Resort.
Dogs and cats are not allowed. The current situation, dated 08-05-2010, max. 1 dog and/or 1 cat is respected.
Dogs should never be loose in the Resort and serve outside the park to be elated. If in the unlikely event that a dog his need to do within the Resort, then the owner obliged itself to clean up under penalty of removal from the Resort of the dog. Cats serve to have a Bell, so that birds be warned in time at the Resort etc.
Dogs should never be left alone if this nuisance leads from local residents (barking).
Damage to the Interior and/or Resort is fully borne by the tenant/occupant and/or owner of the dog.
It is not allowed to feeding pigeons or stray animals.
7) noise and other nuisance:
It is not allowed to, harmful or otherwise annoying noisy activities take place or allow (do), which to the annoyance of the inhabitants, or inconvenience to, can lead to.
The use of a BBQ is allowed as long as this is not fire dangerous and leads to annoying nuisance to other residents.
8) household waste.
It is not allowed to place the garbage container on the Gallery about rats, cockroaches etc. The garbage must be in the appropriate container to be deposited dirt press Selikor. This container is located at the entrance of the resort.
9) traffic rules:
Pedestrians have priority within the Resort on motorized traffic. Vehicles must not be outside the asphalted roads. Max. speed within the Resort: 15 km/hour.
10) parking:
Vehicles may only be parked in the spaces that are indicated by lines boxes. Only vehicles which meet the requirements to drive on public roads may use these boxes. The courses are therefore not intended for the storage of other than vehicles or vehicles that are technically or in terms of insurance or road tax can't or on the public
roads. The administrator shall be authorised to use the number of parking spaces per House to maximize.
11) advertising:
The resort is intended for residential purposes. Business activities from the homes may not affect this character and it is forbidden to make publicity on the resort outside the home.
12) Resort installations:
It is under penalty of a fine to be paid to the SCCB of ang 100,--per violation prohibited to a (part of a) installation of the SCCB/the Resort to operate and/or change, not counting the liability for the resulting damage.
Including electric switches of pumping equipment, cranes and other components of the drip system, illegal branches of the General lighting ed.
13) Laundry:
Laundry should only be hung WITHIN the balcony of the House and the appropriate clotheslines on the back of
the apartments.
14) Port:
Upon entering in, and go away from the Resort shall be made to ascertain, that the gate is completely closed before one drive (security).
Guests of owners and residents may only be left by them within the gate.
15) safety:
When you leave the House (even if only for even) one needs to exit the House.
If you notice something suspicious, please contact the administrator and/or security.
Between 10 pm and 6 am there is a security officer at the gate.
16) information sign:
A large car park is an information Board posted. Provides information on times of the delivery of the post.

The telephone number where the administrator, can be reached in case of emergency, and the phone number of the security.
17) final provision:
In all cases where this is not provided for by the House rules, the Foundation appointed administrator.14) Port:
